    The ICS-RBX is an expansion card for the ICS-9 Interlock Controller designed to operate Lasermet’s Laser Blocking Roller Blinds wirelessly. This system incorporates a multitude of advanced features, including:

    • Integration with ICS-9 Interlock Controller and ICS-BUDDY 
    • Fits into ICS-9 with standard expansion card layout.
    • Built-in up/down switches, “stop” button, and “program” button.

  • ICS-SOLO Laser Interlock Controller

    Ideal for Hand-held Laser Welding Enclosures

    The ICS-SOLO is a low-cost, dual-channel laser safety interlock controller ideal for handheld laser welding enclosures. It is a single input, single output laser safety controller typically used in small laser safety enclosures with a single door and controlling a single laser. The ICS-SOLO is a dual channel device which means that there are two input switches that must both be closed for the laser to be enabled.

    This is achieved using Lasermet’s dual channel door interlock switch. ICS-SOLO has a simple, easy-to-use control panel which can be wired directly to the dual channel switch on the interlocked door and to the laser, keyswitch, emergency stops, and LED Warning Sign.

  • Interlocked Housing Label


    Interlocked Housing Labels are required on all interlocked panels which when opened will give access to radiation in excess of Class 1 when the Interlock is overridden. The label should be fixed in close proximity to the opening and must be visible prior to and during Interlock override. The class of this label is determined by the class of the laser radiation accessed once the panel is opened and the Interlock overridden (e.g., an interlocked panel on a Class 1 laser product, which when opened and the Interlock overridden gives access to Class 4 laser radiation will require an Interlocked Housing Class 4 label).
