Laser Safety Beam Shutters & Beam Dumps
The LS- range of laser beam shutters are combined shutters and beam dumps designed to be driven by a safety control system such as the Lasermet’s Interlock® controller for use as a means of shutting down the laser beam automatically during unauthorised access, or manually when the beam is not required.
They can also be used as stand-alone laser shutters for manual or remote switching of the laser beam.
A laser aperture label is a safety warning label or marking placed on or near the aperture (the opening or exit point) of a laser device. The purpose of this label is to provide information and warnings to individuals who may come into contact with the laser, especially those who are responsible for operating, maintaining, or servicing the laser equipment. Laser aperture labels typically contain critical information related to laser safety and usage.
The dual channel BD-AC-DC beam dump is compatible with SIL-rated laser shutter LS-20SIL and LS-30SIL.
Lasermet’s high power beam dump is designed for the LS-200 laser beam shutter. It is capable of dissipating higher power laser energy.
Lasermet’s air-cooled beam dump uses convection cooling to absorb laser beam energy when connected to a laser beam shutter. This beam dump also comes with a built-in temperature monitor.
The ICS-DB-2/0 distribution box has can accommodate two interlock output connections (laser connection).
The ICS-DB30-0/2 distribution box has can accommodate two Lasermet beam shutter connections.
The ICS-DB30-1/1 distribution box can accommodate one Lasermet beam shutter and one interlock output (laser connection).
The WIFE is an automatic LED sign that shows which laser wavelengths are in use in the laboratory, so you can select the correct laser protective eyewear before entering.
