The G-autodoor is a laser safety door capable of withstanding direct hits from laser beams from Class 4 lasers. The door is made from Lasermet’s Laser Castle laser blocking material. This makes it ideal for manufacturing environments where laser processing applications are used, as well as for indoor industrial applications that have frequent high-speed traffic.
The Glaser Jailer by Lasermet is a fail-safe active laser safety window that enables high-powered lasers to be switched off virtually immediately if the laser beam inadvertently strikes the window. It is suitable for all laser powers, wavelengths, and waveforms. The Glaser Jailer isolates the laser safety input within 50ms of an inadvertent laser window strike, rendering the laser safe.
I-Extract is Lasermet’s fume extraction system specifically designed for the extraction and filtration of gases and emissions created by lasers during laser welding, laser cutting, and laser cladding processes.
Designed as an integrated part of Lasermet’s Laser Castle laser safety cabin, the I-Extract has ample power to extract the appropriate volume of emitted gases produced in the cabin.
Lasermet’s established and proven ICS Interlock® Control system is available as an OEM version which is specifically designed for integrators to use as part of a laser safety control system.
