Lightweight Self-Assembly Laser Curtain Pod

The Dolphin Pod Lite is a lightweight, modular, free-standing laser safety enclosure designed to support laser blocking curtains, allowing users of handheld laser welding devices to work safely without exposing nearby personnel to stray laser radiation. Constructed using a lightweight frame, the Dolphin Pod Lite is easy to handle, transport, and assemble while maintaining the flexibility required for temporary or changing workspaces.

Rapid Installation

The Dolphin Pod Lite is designed for rapid installation. Its lightweight frame features swaged tubes with spring-button locks that simply click into place, enabling fast, secure assembly with minimal tools.The enclosure can be easily disassembled, transported, and reassembled whenever the workspace layout changes, making it a practical and adaptable laser safety solution.

Interlock® Options

The Dolphin Pod Lite comes with an Interlock® upgrade option complete with safety interlock switches, dual-message LED warning sign, and emergency stops – all linked to a Lasermet Interlock^® Controller.

The Dolphin Pod Lite is built from Lasermet’s Dolphin Laser Blocking Curtain material – certified to EN 12254 Screens for Laser Working Places. The specifications given for the protection levels and PEL ratings are for the Dolphin Laser Blocking Curtain material.
