Description
Laser Castle Solution made Portable
The Laser Castle Lite is built from the same laser blocking material as the standard Laser Castle cabins – keeping workers safe by preventing the escape of laser radiation. Lasermet’s modular laser blocking wall panels are tested and certified to international laser safety standards – IEC 60825-4 Safety of Laser Products Part 4 – Laser Guards and ANSI Z136.1.
The Laser Castle Lite is a portable modular self-build enclosure which can be rapidly deployed and re-deployed on site. It comes with a manually-operated single door and is ideal for housing small laser welding operations, including laser robots, that need to be contained as they use higher class lasers (Class 3B or Class 4).
Interlock® Options
The Laser Castle Lite comes with an Interlock® upgrade option complete with safety interlock switches, dual-message LED warning sign, emergency stops, and door maglock – all linked to an Interlock® Controller.

The standard size for a Laser Castle Lite Cabin is 3m x 3m x 2.4m high.

The Laser Castle Lite comes flat-packed in a single crate containing all needed parts, including interlocks, doors, and roof panels.
