Lasermet provides the solution for safe operation of laser welding, laser cleaning and laser cladding processes in the aerospace industry. Lasermet also offers Active or Passive laser guarding systems, laser blocking curtains or cabins, indoor and outdoor audio alert systems, and Fume Extraction Systems to filter emissions from laser related processes.

These standard doors are available as built-in additions to the Laser Castle. The passive guards are certified to BS EN IEC 60825-4 safety of Laser Products Part 4: Laser Guards.

Storm is compatible with all Lasermet doors from standard enclosure doors to industrial use doors – Falcon Roll-up Door and G-autodoor Guillotine Door. The Storm Door Controller can easily integrate into Lasermet’s laser interlock system or via external controllers.
The Swallow is an air cleaner designed for the removal of particulates and gaseous contaminants and is typically suspended above the laser process workspace.
