Any of our ranges of signs can be customized to suit the message or messages required, making them perfect for a wide range of uses and situations. This, combined with the attractive, high quality build makes Lasermet illuminated signs an ideal choice for many business and office locations.
Lasermet’s IS-MDC-12 is a dual channel coded magnetic door safety contact, which is used to detect when a door or other moveable cover forming part of a protective enclosure is open.
Achieve Performance Level ‘e’ as specified in BS EN 13849-1:2008
Lasermet’s laser blocking roller blinds are designed as a passive guarding system to block laser light from escaping the theatre, laboratory or laser facility where Class 3B or Class 4 lasers are in use, either to protect against accidental exposure to the laser beam or for long term blocking of laser radiation at lower power densities.
Lasermet’s Laser Castle® laser safety cabins protect personnel from the dangers of high powered laser beams by absorbing the laser power in the specially designed walls and roof. These modular, Class 1, room-sized enclosures are tested and certified to international laser safety standards and can be rapidly designed, built and installed by Lasermet.
Rapid-build modular laser safety cabins
Passive Class 1 Enclosures for Class 4 lasers
CE Certified to EN IEC 60825-4 Safety of Laser Products Part 4 – Laser Guards
The Laser Castle Lite is a self-build miniature version of Lasermet’s Laser Castle Cabin. The Laser Castle Lite is a low-cost modular enclosure that is easy to build and deploy on site.
The Laser Jailer combines an inherently fail-safe laser detection technique and Lasermet’s proven laser Interlock® control system technology to create an active laser guarding system conforming to Machinery Directive Standard EN 13849-1.
Active and Passive Laser Enclosures

The LS- range of laser beam shutters are combined shutters and beam dumps designed to be driven by a safety control system such as the Lasermet’s Interlock® controller for use as a means of shutting down the laser beam automatically during unauthorised access, or manually when the beam is not required. They can also be used as stand-alone laser shutters for manual or remote switching of the laser beam.
Gravity-operated for fail safe control
Combined shutter and laser beam dump for added safety
Compatible with interlocked safety control systems
Safety latch prevents accidental laser beam switch on
Lasermet’s beam dump is designed for the LS-200 laser beam shutter. A shutter can dissipate about 20W of laser power, but with Lasermet LS-200-BD-HP it can dissipate considerably higher power laser energy.
The Lasermet LS-30 Series of Laser Safety Beam Shutters are intended to provide a means of preventing accidental exposure to potentially harmful laser beams.
