This training course is updated continually in the light of experience and of current developments in the field.  The notes supplied with the course are intended as reference material.  Although many of the overheads are reproduced, not all are, but key points are included in the notes.  In addition there is a great deal of information provided in the notes which is omitted from the lectures due to the constraints of time.
